How to use cute blue flower or blue butterfly pea

The flower shown in the picture above is called blue butterfly pea in English. In Myanmar, it is called Aung-Mae-Nyo. The botanical name is  Ciltoria ternatea linn and it belongs to the genus Papliona-case. This plant is a tropical vine. At the beginning of the rainy season, the seeds are planted in the ground. By the middle of the rainy season, the plants are growing fast. It grows on other trees and shrubs. The trunk of this plant is dull color and hard. The leaves, fruits, flowers, stems and roots of this plant are useful.

The leaves of this plant have a bitter taste. The leaves are cooked and eaten. The flowers of this plant can also be fried with eggs. As shown in the picture above, the flower can be mixed with wheat flour and fried. I have never eaten this flower fried with egg. As shown in the picture above, the fried flower is very tasty. I really like it.

The flower can be soaked in warm water and drunk as a tea, as shown above. Some people pick this flower, dry, it, and store it. I will tell you how to make this flower in the shape of a tea and then about the health benefits of this flower.

The blue colors will appear as shown in the image above. When a lot of color comes out, you can remove the flowers. Then you can drink it. To enhance the taste, some people squeeze a slice of lemon or drink it with a little honey. When added to lemon, juice, the tea tends to change from blue to pink.
