Hi friends,
Today I wanna share my recipe for making a banana cake with bread, which is so easy to make and can turn the bread into another version that is softer and more favorable.
I did not tend to do this cake but it came to do suddenly. I usually eat one banana every morning and I felt it too ripe. Then I was thinking of making something else base on these bananas. And banana cake came up in my mind, cause I also had bread in the fridge already. That is really convenient for me since I can use it quickly and do not waste food.
***Ingredients:***
8 bananas 
2 eggs
10-gram butter
1 bread 
2 tbsp of condensed milk
150ml milk
3 tbsp of sugar

That's so simple to make the banana cake this way. Because we don't need to make dough or anything, we just need to blend all the ingredients together. However, we will prepare the banana first by cutting it into slices like in the picture and marinating it with sugar, salt and 2 tbsp of wine and leave it in the fridge for 1 hour. Cause it will help the banana have a better color after baking. I think the longer we marinated the better result we got. Cause I just put it in the fridge for around 20 mins, my banana cake just turn to pink as well not red. In this recipe I used eights bananas, I put on 2 tbsp of sugar and 1 tsp of salt. You can adjust all the measurements based on your favorite.  
To the main part of making banana cake, I tear the bread into long slices and add all the ingredients on the recipe in it. For the sugar, I just add 1 tsp of sugar because I already put 2 tsp on the banana mixture. And after mixing it well, I put the mixture into a cake mold with a ratio of 1:1. We will layer the banana and bread mixture. You can add some mashed bananas to make it more flavorful.

I baked this cake in 45 mins at 200 degrees Celcius and I think it will be better served cold. And according to this recipe, the cake is just lightly sweet and can be added ice cream or whipped cream to use with.
