视力再复查

拖了一个月，这周末终于带J去做了视力复查。


之前写到过在学校的体检中孩子佩戴角膜塑形镜后的视力没有达标，只有4.7，虽然这种结果不会很准确，但因为之前一次在医院的复查结果就不太理想，我还是有些担心，不过......在拖了几周后好像也没那么着急了，因为，我大概可以预估到医院的检查结果，以及，并没有啥子处理办法……


到了医院，照例117做基础视力测试，结果还行（后面一个医生说这结果不准的，数据多少都测得出来😶），然后是最原始的看视力表测试，勉强1.0（最后一行感觉他看得不是很清，但都猜对了）。

接着做了角膜地形图和另一个需要钻进暗箱的什么检查，拿到结果回到医生那，让再戴上眼镜做视力检查，最后结果是，他近视的右眼眼轴增长了0.19mm，问旁边的小医生，她说眼轴增长就算是近视增长了。但主治医生看过说，每年眼轴增长正常范围是0.3-0.4，这属于生理性增长，不算是近视度数增长，我们戴镜八个月，数据属于正常范围，没问题。


我提问，那只没近视的左眼才增长0.05mm呀，生理性增长，不是戴不戴眼镜都会长的意思吗，怎么差这么多？医生接下来的解释我没太听懂，涉及远视什么的，可我们也没什么远视储备了呀……


那么，不看眼轴数据来理解吧，裸眼和上次一样，测试结果不够达标，戴上眼镜之后测试达标，说明眼睛和眼镜的度数是匹配的，这好像也能说明近视度数没有增长。


但是，那为啥裸眼不达标呢？医生答佩戴效果不是绝对的，因人而异，影响因素很多。那怎么办呢？和我想的一样，没办法…


听朋友说有的医院是配戴角膜塑形镜后视力达到0.8就算合格，这么看也没啥可说的。


做检查时碰到了J的同学也来复查，碰了碰结果，遇到的问题都一样，太专业的知识我们也不懂，只能选择相信医生啦，医生说没问题就是没问题，希望继续保持，或者说更好的保持吧！
