What is Bouldering?
 is a kind of climbing, in which you do not have to move far away from the earth. The height of the boulders can reach five meters (in this case, insurance is mandatory), but many training tracks are located at an altitude of 1.5-2 meters from the ground.

On straight and sloping walls there are hooks - special ledges of different sizes and shapes, for which you cling. Also there are so-called reliefs - rough surfaces imitating the bumps of this boulder.

On the track there is a bonus - hook, for which the athlete receives additional points, and the top - the hook located at the top, for which you need to take both hands, and then the track will be considered passed.

Trails come with different levels of complexity. For example, the hooks can be located far apart, being small and uncomfortable. The track can be located on an inclined surface or even "on the ceiling".
