Ich gehe mal auf deine Frage ein. Wenn du fragst: „Und wie befreien wir uns von Zwängen?“, dann nehme ich an, du meinst staatliche und gesellschaftliche Zwänge und nicht psychische Zwänge.

Das ist keine einfache Sache, da gebe ich dir recht. Außer Demonstrationen und Selbstorganisation und vielleicht noch zivilem Ungehorsam bleibt nicht viel übrig um sich gegen Zwänge zu wehren um Veränderungen herbeizuführen. Ok - vielleicht noch auswandern, aber auch das ist mit viel Aufwand verbunden und nicht unbedingt garantiert, dass es klappt.

**FÜR MICH** habe ich, wie schon geschrieben, die Strategie der inneren Veränderung als den Weg definiert, den ich gehen will. Verändere dich selbst und nicht die anderen. Investiere deine Energie in neue Dinge und nicht in den Kampf gegen das Alte, das sowieso vergehen wird. Schlagwort - In was investiere ich meine Energie und wo ziehe ich sie ab - Der EES und IES gilt überall im Universum und ich glaube auch im Denken der Menschen - man setzt seine Energie und Impulse in das was man glaubt.

Parktisch:
- **Seele & Geist**: Meditation, innere Ruhe finden vielleicht auch spiritueller werden - innere Wut zähmen, in die Natur gehen, offline Netzwerke mit Familie und Freunden, weniger online sein, fasten - auch digital, wieder richtige Bücher lesen und besitzen, sich wieder mit Kunst beschäftigen.
- **Ernährung**: Garten, wenn nicht möglich Balkon oder bei Freunden mithelfen. Wichtig - auf jeden Fall damit anfangen. Essen wieder selbst zubereiten aus Rohprodukten
- **Erfahrungsschatz erweitern**: Viel Wissen und Techniken lernen - Handwerk und Techniken lernen (z.B. Jagen, Imkern, Bauhandwerk, Dinge selbst reparieren)
- **Technik**: Nur offene Betriebssysteme (Linux), dezentrale Systeme, Matrix Server, eigenes NAS, freies OS auf Smartphone (Lineage, Graphen,...).
- **Geld**: Wenn möglich, auch wenn es nur wenig ist, regelmäßig in limitierte anonyme Werte investieren (Silber, Gold, Bitcoin). Wenn möglich einen Garten kaufen oder pachten.

Und sich bewusst machen, dass es kein Sprint, sondern ein Marathon ist, und dass es ein langer Weg ist.

Hm, bin gespannt. Das Thema hatten wir ja schon öfters mal. Vor einigen Jahren war es doch in München sogar so, dass die auf Linux wechseln wollten und dann ein Microsoft Hauptgebäude dann dort stehen hatten. 

Was mir auch auffällt, viel zu viele (wohl selbst aus der IT) verlassen sich auf Lösungen von anderen Anbietern, was deren Security anbetrifft. Wir wissen, dass die das zT massiv verkacken. Dh. bevor die mit irgendwelchem "Blackmailing" klar kommen, müssen die noch jede Menge lernen. Ich trau mich fast wetten, die lassen sich lieber selbst weiter bescheißen, um andere bescheißen zu können.

Aber gut, wer weiß ...
