for global trade, there is zero chance to get around the shadow banking system. You have to use money from whoever gives you money. When you are Russian it's some Swiss bank, like it always was. Even if you are blacklisted like North Korea, then you participate via 3rd-order hubs.  

BRICS do not have a problem because of successful US censorship. They have the same liquidity crises that we all face right now. 

Money is an immaterial set of behaviors for mutual benefit and a stable society that works in certain cooperative bounds. We turned the SYMBOL for exchange into "Money". You can be sure that the banking system is not the FED, World Bank and other stuff we all have heard of. It is the stuff that you never heard of, names that only pop up when it gets broken like "Silicon Valley Bank". 

The US-Dollar is peged to the shadow Dollar and not vise versa. The price for enslavement is set in London. It is called LIBOR.
