wieder ein Versuch :)

__dieses Brot ist wieder etwas dicker geworden,__ *indem ich es die ersten 15min im Backofen im einbemehlten Gärbehälter gebacken und erst danach für den Rest der Zeit hab rausplumpsen lassen
dadurch konnte es nicht mehr so aktiv  in die Breite fließen und deswegen ist die Form auch etwas eckiger ^^*

Zuegeben: eine Schönheitspreis werde ich mit meinen Broten wahrscheinlich noch nicht gewinnen, __dafür schmeckt es genial,
wird nun auch breiter (für ordentliche Scheiben ;) ),
ist vergleichsweise unfassbar günstig,
ist gesund (vor allem im Vergleich zu den Chemie-Broten)
und macht Spaß! :)__
*Außerdem ist Fermentation auch so ein einfach faszinierendes Aether Thema.. ^^*




Und sonst darf gerne der nächste Monat anfangen :S

Vielleicht helfen dir zur Not und Informationsbeschaffung so Textbasierte Internetprogramme wie Links oder Lynx.

Man muss sich aber an so etwas erst gewöhnen. (also, zu meiner Schande muss ich gestehen; ich konnte mich nicht daran gewöhnen, habe aber nicht sonderlich viel gemacht damit)

oder man kann auch (soweit mir bekannt ist) die Grafiken aus dem Browser nehmen. Beispielsweise könntest du einen eigenen Benutzer dafür anlegen.

Firefox -p (oder P?) bzw. chromium.. oder was du halt verwendest.
