12/20/18. Day 73 Cycle 4. Taking it easy but most of all rejoicing and giving thanks.

I spent the day today relaxing. Doing nothing. I did sleep for 10 hours. 10 hours man did that feel good. And I must admit I feel better too. I don’t do much to get so worn out. The outing to see the lights must have taken more out of me then I realized. I have to keep a better eye out for that.
My day consists of me sitting here in my recliner. I have the blinds opened to see out the window. The TV on for noise more then anything else. And the iPad on my lap. You would think that with that kind of setup I would be a powerhouse on steem due to the hours available. Nothing could be further from the truth. The average person would double my output. Under the circumstances I do what I can, so I will just leave it as that.
During the day I could take 2 naps. The kids sit here and we have conversation on a range of topics. Or we might just sit here and not say or do anything. I do spend quality time with family and also have time to myself where I work on putting out the best information on the blockchain.

My hair is starting to grow back. You may not be able to see it with the untrained eye. But take my word for it, there is growth. You can really feel it when you run your hand over my egg I mean head. My legs are getting stronger. Not by much but there is improvement. And my arms are getting thicker. But most important my boobs are also getting firmer. Starting to defy gravity. These are all good signs. Each one in and of itself would not matter but combined say something. Or I am living in a fantasy world with false hopes.

I was able to power up again some. Not much, a little here and there. Small amounts add up over time. And thats what I have been doing. There is also a league buy @steemcommunity (@paulag) https://steemit.com/community/@steemcommunity/the-minnow-power-up-league-week-14 that will help in keeping track for you if you join. I like the leagues and think all should be involved with them. They are the best source for engaging on the platform IMHO.

On a lighter note. Today is the last day of my injections. 7 days has past. They go by so fast.
My appointment on the 24th has been rescheduled for Thursday morning. The holidays are messing with the schedule. It is and has been expected. So the bone infusion will be a couple days off.
I did sleep well last night. That is when I did fall asleep. LOL
I laugh because you can’t get comfortable in your body. Only another chemo or someone who has been poisoned,radiated would understand completely what I mean. Ohhh the challenges we face.

Scedule Being changes is that bad or just because of the holidays, well i am in bed watching the voice of Holland. The pain is nothing in compair of your journey so I wont complain about pain 😉

Muscle starting to regenerate. 
Holidays interferes with schedule. We knew it might happen and prepared for it
You take the pills to mask the pain. After you leave the pills alone. 
Last night 1st time in taking pain pills in a week or so. I am stoned right now but I will not take any pills tomorrow. I will not go down the addiction road.
I thought the boob thing is funny. But I lost all form of muscle. I was shivering up. It’s a good sign to see. 
I am a rambling stoner ROFL

Sometimes it's good to do absolutely nothing. 

So, the experts are calling for a bottom for BTC around February or so. Others say this will keep going down until August.

Only a couple of people believe that we're past the bear market.

Only time will tell who's right but I am leaning towards the second prediction.

I think we have past the bottom and starting to move up. Steem is almost at .30 thats a far cry from .21
