Did you look at their FAQ I linked There is no payout on any of your posts or comments you receive if it is below 0.027 if someone votes on you comment and its under that value you get nothing and if you are covered by dustsweeper they will give you a vote to bring the value up to get over that threshold so you can get a payout on it.
