Which way will it go, insanely tight bollinger bands on BTC

Looks like it is about ready to move... but which way?

Been watching for a while now. Not seen bands this tight. My EMA lines are following each other also. When this breaks it will move. 

My gut feel is down but right now it is a game of chicken!
