湿疹再次爆发

没想到这次湿疹又爆发了，想想半年前的湿疹经历仍然让我心有余悸，晚上睡觉都睡不好，超级难受，记得晚上能睡着了就感觉很兴奋，没想到才过了半年，又卷土重来，之前也就嘴巴，指根部起了点水泡，以为没啥问题，用了大约五天药物后，感觉都好的差不多了，周日晚上，又跟媳妇一起吃了小龙虾，吃了牛肉，又吃了很多蒜瓣，再次爆发，目前尤其以左侧手臂及右侧手指间有多处红疹，现在打字时也能感觉到无时不在的双手间的瘙痒，好难受啊，就像媳妇所说的，很多时候是因为抵抗力的问题，本身就有过敏的问题，确实需要时刻注意提高抵抗力，记得一个月前就不存在过敏的问题，可能运动比较多吧。
  目前口服盐酸西替利嗪，氯雷他定片，酮替芬胶囊，白天多次涂抹卤米松，希望可以早日康复，康复后一定要注意锻炼，做到每周至少两次一个小时以上的运动量，另外最近千万不能碰海鲜，牛肉、羊肉等，尽可能的吃饭清淡，加油，湿疹并不是什么大问题才对。![D0C1588FCE3537BA838471BDE7AB6E55.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmQa1uc9z3uEpadMJnhaSu8LB8PW4T5bAuqFiTToeApeaS/D0C1588FCE3537BA838471BDE7AB6E55.jpg)

了解你！会不会是体质的酸性太高除了吃比较碱性的东西，身体的毒素有没有排除呢？这样不定时的发作很辛苦的！
