If we had stake-weighted voting as proposed by FMW, we could even have the following setup for the multisig account:

* 3 people permanently in the group
* 5 people voted by token holders
* 5 people from the top owners of the token

BTW, do you know that you can have recurring payments in bitUSD in BitShares?
