家乡美家乡味

马来西亚一共有13个州属，每个州都各有自己的特色。我的家乡是西马区北上的吉打州（Kedah），而这里最有名的就是盛产稻米。我们这里很多地方随处都能看见美丽的稻田园，稻米需要经历插秧、成长、结穗、收割的过程，而随着不同的阶段会呈现不同的样貌。在吉打州的首都甚至还有一所稻米博物馆，里面展示着各种有关稻米从以前到现在的历史和知识。话说虽然这里很常见但现代人还是很少有人真正去参观过稻田园。我也只去过一次，结果那次手机还不小心掉地上一头栽在了烂泥上，没错，田园除了羊肠小道外其他的真的都是泥。不过那一趟还是很值得，因为太美了。我去的时候稻米正值开始成熟，虽然没能看见金黄色的稻穗但稻子能都开始低下头了，拍出的照片也一样很好看~ 
当稻草收割后田园便会变得干枯又空荡荡的，不过此时又会出现另一番景色那就是稻草圈。一些田园收割季的稻草圈将会摆放着3-5个星期，形成一个短暂的景点吸引人们前来拍照打卡。

马来西亚也是个有特别多岛屿的国家，其中吉打州也有一个非常有名的旅游胜那就是浮罗交怡岛。那里主要的著名景点有：天空之桥、海底世界水族馆、玛苏丽陵墓、各种海边沙滩水上活动（其中黑沙滩是一个特色景点）、孕妇湖等。在那里当然也少不了要提起便宜的免税巧克力和酒~ （在这里附上一个网上找的链接，有兴趣的朋友可以点进去了解更多浮罗交怡岛的景点：https://www.asiatravelbook.com/2018/07/23.html ）

由于吉打州距离泰国非常靠近大概2个小时多就能抵达，因此我们这里的人有一个特权，那就是过境泰国不需要护照，只需要办一张特别通行证 - border pass就可以了。办理护照需要花费马币约200-400块钱，但特别通行证只需要马币10块钱而已！所以吉打人很常去泰国，这样也算是出国了吧，哈哈哈~

因为马来西亚是个多元文化和种族的国家，所以我们这里的美食自然也多。关于异族的特色美食下次如果有时间的话在专门写一篇文吧，因为实在是太多啦哈哈哈。今天要特别提名这里的特色美食是：尖不辣糕~ 所谓的“尖不辣”其实就是中国俗称的波罗蜜，在这里马来语为cempedak因而翻译来的名称。（在这里如果说波罗蜜的话反而大家会不知道是什么呢，我也是上网搜过才知道这个名字的）我们会将尖不辣沾上面粉糊然后下锅油炸至金黄色捞起。外面是脆脆的饼皮，里面是香香甜甜偶有带汁的果肉，你能想象到这美味的口感吗！经过煎炸后的尖不辣还能吃里面的籽，口感沙沙的有点像栗子～我们这里通常会把尖不辣糕当成早餐或者下午茶，因为是真的会饱。
