Hey reader, 
Welcome to my blog. Following the testimonies and contest that have come through the #untalented-adjustment campaign on steemit, I'd be giving an account on my experience on steemit and beyond and how I have experienced an awesome adjustment in my life since i found steemit.

Firstly, for me , steemit is a family. I joined steemit months back as introduced by @samstickkz and he put me through the basics and then made me understand that it was my turn to bring other young Nigerians to light. I felt he shouldn't have done that because I wasn't well grinded in the things of this "new" interface. I felt it was for cryptocurrency enthusiasts alone , so i became reluctant to made my second post. 

Finally i made my second post, and it got not dollar at all. I only earned a few cents. This discouraged me even more. Finally, after a few weeks, after i met @tojukaka via a Whatsapp group chat, where he left and i pleaded he came back and ignored all negative speeches and arguments that were been donr on the group and he did. 

@tojukaka's drive inspired me to make my third post. It took me alot to get the interview session on that post typed and at the end, no positive result. I became even more reluctant to continue. By this time, i had gotten to know people like @ewuoso @amec @prechi @sussan @onos and some other guys who were intimidating already and i felt this platform wasn't for me. 

Special thanks to @samstickkz who found me worthy to take up some responsibilities for meetups and he in his best way, carried me along. I was made to speak on several occasions during the four meetups held in Uyo, Akwa Ibom state and this gave me a sense of relevance and from then i started to fan my flame just so the fire comes up. 

If there were referrals bonuses for bring people into steemit, i prolly won't make any more posts because that alone might give me the amount i need. The #project20millionnaija was launched and I became even more passionate about bringing young Nigerians into steemit. @ejemai explained the reason for the campaign and I have never been so motivated like that day @ejemai spoke to us at the uyo meet-up. 

@stach is that community that has imbedded so much in me personally. How an individual would lead others to make positive impact rather than negative is quite amazing. @ejemai has made sure that he empowers every young Nigerians who has come in through stach and we have wonderful testimonies already. 

## HAS STEEMIT TAUGHT ME ANYTHING???
You could already guess, that's a YES. Steemit and the people on steemit has taught me alot. During this few months of being on steemit, I have learnt to be very ## SELFLESS in my doings. I would rather hold on my post and put a person through his/her questions about steemit. @ejemai , @ewuoso @samstickkz @tojukaka are the main reasons behing this. They have thought me how to carry others along, saying 
>Selfishness doesn't pay 

One, two many times, @samstickkz have sent us voice notes about selflessness, urging us to be passionate abour others firstly then we could fuse ourself in during the process. 

## PATIENCE 
Oh yes, any steemian who hasn't learnt patience on steemit is not a true steemian. I have learnt to be very patient. I could never wait for anything prior to this time, i was more of a "quickly quickly " person bur steemit has taught me patience. 

## FINANCIAL FREEDOM AND INDEPENDENCE 
Yea, for the record, they used to call me a daddy's girl but now, I doubt that name still exists. I was suppose to leave my hometown yesterday due to poor network coverage and my dad threatened not to give me money if I left, it was my siblings that even replied him saying "dad, karchi has the money to go o, so instead of threatening her, plead with her to stay" and i laughed. Summary is i am learning to be independent and financial free. I am not one of the you g Nigerians who are waiting for the Nigerian government to share money so I could partake. 

## KNOWLEDGE GAINED OUTSIDE THE FOUR WALLS OF MY UNIVERSITY 
Blessed be the day i met @samstickkz and blessed be the day i joined steemit. I wouldn't have known about the amazing blockchain technology if not for these two I mentioned. I have gained so much knowledge since i joined steemit.

## CHANGED MY CIRCLE 
Since i joined steemit, i have made more friends than foes. I have not only made friends but also have i made amazing friends. Like @mritsnobigdeal will say 
> it's the money team

I'm a proud member of the money team. The people i have met on steemit are super amazing. I'd not mention names so I don't miss out on some but trust me, they are awesome set of humans. 

## GIVING WITHOUT EXPECTING TO BE PAID BACK
The set of people i brought on to this platform are soaring already, they have come to tell me thank you several and nothing gives me more joy than these appreciatons. I'm happy they are happy. As a matter of fact, my family is now a steemit family. Everyone in my house are steeming already even though some are yet to be confirmed yet.

I wish to continue, as I have had an amazing adjustment in my life since I joined steemit but my health won't allow me. I'm lying on my sick bed as i write this and I'd be handing over the phone to me brother to search for where the network strength would allow him post this.
