It’s day #3 since I started working out hard again. To change you must push yourself everyday. I’ve been workout out twice a day everyday now. For lunch I’ll go do cardio on the stair stepper and tread mill (1 mile walk/jog on treadmill and 35 floors on stair stepper)
Today I convinced my body to work harder. I’d set a goal to do a certain speed for a certain amount of time. On the stair stepper it’s speed 10 for 30 seconds. But as soon as I reached it, I’d tell myself okay only 10 more seconds to push. Then, okay 10 more. And then I’d push myself by saying “it’s only 20 more seconds for a full minute, push it out of you” and you wouldn’t believe what my body did
It worked hard for me because I kept telling it that it could. You are your biggest motivator when it comes to working hard. If you keep telling yourself you can do it, then you’ll see you can do it.
I usually do 35 floors on the stair stepper but I pushed myself today to do 50! I’ll keep doing 50 for a couple of days then push myself even more to reach for higher!!
You can do it if you set your mind to it! Push your limits!

Just show you I wasn’t lying,..

If I can do it then you can do it!!
