Once upon a time, there was a smart lawyer who defends a husband accused of killing his wife. In fact, the lawyer was pretty sure about the accused's innocence. Yet, they haven't found neither a physical evidence of the murder nor the wife's corpse. However, the judge was about to pronounce the sentence of execution on charge of premeditated murder when the lawyer stood and was doing his best to prove the accused's innocence. Then the attorney said to the judge: "In order to pronounce the sentence of execution, all evidences must be gathered in addition to absolute certainty. Any tiny doubt doesn't have to occur ... and few seconds, you will immediately see the most powerful proof of my client's innocence ! Here you are, the wife is still alive and she will now gets in.". The lawyer opened the courtroom, and suddenly all the people turned their face toward waiting for the biggest surprise. But no one appeared in front of the door, Thus, the attorney got near the judge and said :"Everyone was waiting for the killed wife to get into the room. As a matter of fact, there's no full certainty for the court's members of my client having murdered his wife. This way, the charge against my client falls!".Although all the people in the room shouted because they were amazed by the advocate's cunning, the judge pronounced the sentence. The lawyer was shocked, and the voices of the present people there got loud and were wondering about the source of this sentence. Then, the judge replied to them simply: "When the lawyer pointed to the door from where the wife would get in, everyone looked sharp at the door waiting for her except one and only one . This person knows that dead people cannot become alive again and was sure of her death, this man is : THE KILLER HUSBAND !!!!!! ".
