I have been dealing with depression for a very long time now, but I have been managing it well. But during this period I lost interest in things that I used to love to do before. 

One of the things that I love to do before was making shoes, but because of the depression i lost interest in it. 

But now I noticed that my interest in making shoes is now coming back and this to me is a sign that I getting relieved from that depression life to a life of hope. 

I think this all change started when I just completed writing two books that I kept on hold for a longtime. Completing them gave me a new hope in life.
