Just checked out the new moderator feature and submission review process here: https://utopian.io/all/review 

First off, great idea - as the site becomes more popular you'll definitely need a good group of moderators to ensure the standard of quality is met.

I had a couple of ideas on how to improve the process from my initial use of it:

1. While the rules are thorough and well written, there is always a good bit of subjectivity to what constitutes an acceptable submission. You provided one example of one that you did not approve here: https://utopian.io/utopian-io/@olusolaemmanuel/be-a-contributor-and-get-rewarded-by-busy-org but it would be good to have a page of examples including an approved and a not-approved submission from each category to give new moderators a better idea of how to apply the rules, and also how to respond appropriately.

2. Add the ability to see if another moderator has already reviewed and commented on a submission and a way to filter the submissions to see ones that have not already been reviewed. Please see my crude paint version of how this feature could look:

Edit: This is unrelated to the submission review process but I'd like to request the vote weight slider be added for liking submissions (at least for accounts with > 500SP).
