 Buenas tardes estimada comunidad con todo el respeto que se merecen, hoy vengo a Despedirme No de la Plataforma

30 días que fueron para mi increíbles donde logré y hice muchísimas cosas:

1. Logré realizar mi chequeo médico general donde obtuve mi diagnóstico de ANEMIA LEUCOPENIA y LINFOCITOSIS lo cual ocasionó que cambiará toda mi dieta y reestructurará toda mi planificación semanal para incluir, ejercicio y entrenamiento diario. . .   

2. Un mes en el que luego de 5 años sin hacerle nada a mi cabello tome la decisión de cortar las puntas dañadas y aplicarme una hidratación intensiva que necesitaba urgente

3. Un mes donde después de 3 años en transporte público, logré terminar de reparar mi carro y estoy disfrutandolo cómo Nunca y aprovecho cada litro de gasolina que logro comprarle.

4. Mi mes de cumpleaños dónde la dieta se saltó un poco pues tuve dos cakes de cumpleaños deliciosos que logre disfrutar y comer divinamente.

5. Un mes de inversiones dónde aprendí y conocí muchísimo del mundo cripto cosa que hoy veo como tiempo invertido para aprender y descubrir algo nuevo.
Un mes donde si me atrevi a meterme en la cocina (prepare crema de leche casera) y involucrarme más y mejor con el funcionamiento del lugar donde vivo más allá de producir dinero para reparar algo dañado y complacer algunos antojos casi diarios de mi sra madre que se lo merece y no me canso jamás de hacer todo lo que este a mi alcance por y para su bienestar.

El último mes del tercer trimestre del año, cierra un ciclo, concluyes objetivos, metas, el gimnasio que empezaba el lunes que escribí en enero lo comenze el martes de forma intensiva por tema de salud más allá de estética.

volveré a probarme ese bikini que no me gustó cómo se veía en abril después de terminar mis 30 días de ejercicio intenso. 

Exitos, alegrías y muchas bendiciones para todos este mes y este trimestre que comienza sigamos adelante y alcanzemos al menos 3 de esas metas que tenemos pendientes.

4. My birthday month where the diet was skipped a bit because I had two delicious birthday cakes that I managed to enjoy and eat divinely.

5. A month of investments where I learned and got to know a lot about the crypto world, something that today I see as time invested to learn and discover something new.
A month where I dared to get into the kitchen (I prepared homemade milk cream) and get more and better involved with the functioning of the place where I live beyond producing money to repair something damaged and please some almost daily cravings of my mother who deserves it and I never tire of doing everything in my power for and for her welfare.

Hola espero se encuentre bien, ya se fue septiembre y debo felicitarte por el logro del automóvil reparado.

Quisiera sugerirle ampliar el enfoque familiar o de amistad en la comunidad, más que aspectos propios queremos darle valor a las relaciones entre familia o amigos.

Podría editar un poco para lograr un mejor enfoque.

Those are good news, that you could fix your car after 3 years! Although using public transportation can have its benefits, sometimes it is more comfortable to use your own car :)

And your hair... you didn't cut it for 5 years? That's a long time, but it is great you did it! The ends need from time to time to be cut down, though neither I like to do it :D

That's right, my friend, because of the pandemic, economic issues and situations I had my car stopped for 3 years but thank God it is working and soon I will be traveling in it. Every effort well planned and organized is worth enjoying and living it, thanks for your time maybe soon I will make a change of image a little more radical for now I enjoy my hair of this length.
