日記20170915　今日は早めに作業を切り上げました

台風の影響か、こちらは明日からの３連休は雨予報で、特に明後日は暴風雨らしいので、色々作業をしました。

今日はまず、玄関前の草抜きをしました。

あまり綺麗になってないですね。さすが大雑把なYADAMANIART（笑）

草を抜いたら春にアネモネを植えていたプランターが出てきたので、連休明けにでも土の調整をして野菜の種をまこうかと思います。

ちなみにユリの茎と葉が残っていますが、まだ緑なので光合成をさせて球根を太らせるためこのままにしておきます。10月ごろになったら葉が半分くらい枯れるのでそうしたら地面のぎりぎりのところから切ります。

抜いた草は干しておいて、堆肥を作ろうと思います。

次に朝顔の種取りです。
朝顔はまだまだ花をたくさん咲かせております、が。

7～8月に咲いた株のはもう実が熟しているんですね。

なので、熟しているのを探して種を容器に集めました。

しかし、花を咲かせすぎて種の数が少なかったり、種が小さかったりしたものが多かったです。これでは、半分も発芽すればいい方かな。


あとは買い出しに出かけた後、昼からはアトリエ部屋の掃除や個展DMのあて名書きを少ししました。まだ昼の３時なのに、もう疲れました。

三連休は家にこもって絵を描くのと個展の準備、この２つに絞って集中的に作業します。

台風、大きな被害が出ないといいんですが……。

おお！ビフォーアフター、綺麗になってますよ！
今からだと何の野菜がいいのでしょうね？私も先月の帰省中にカボチャを枯らしてしまったので、また何か植えたいなと検討中です^^

私は水菜とサニーレタスに再挑戦する予定ですが、９月はまた野菜を育て始めるのに丁度いい時期みたいです。春菊、白菜、玉ねぎなどはいかがでしょうか。ほかにもここに https://minonaru.net/post-1837/ いっぱい載っています。鍋料理に使えそうな野菜なんかがいいと思います。
