通院メモ20180807

夏の木漏れ日。

今日は内科と精神科の通院日でした。

「この暑さだから、ウォーキングなんかできないんですよ」と内科の先生に言ったら、「じゃあ涼しくなったら減量頑張ろな！」と言われました。

はやくひんやり涼しくなってほしいです。

でもそんなに落ち込んでいるというほどではないのです。
暑さに苦しんでいるのです。
自分としては、ウォーキングを再開したいのです。ただ酷暑のため、思うようにできないだけで。

精神科に着くと、ロビーで写真の展示が。ちょっと涼しげ。

精神科の先生によると、あと2週間我慢すれば涼しくなるそうです。


診察のあとは自分にごほうびの昼ごはん。ボリュームがあって美味しかったです。

早く涼しくなってほしいですよね。私も内科で中性脂肪の薬をもらっています。薬よりもウォーキングしたらいいかもしれません。

京都は今日も暑いんですね。こちらは(台風の影響か)ビックリするほど涼しくて、数週間ぶりにエアコンなしでも汗をかかずに過ごせています。
涼しいとこんなに動けるのか！と思うくらい身体が軽く、朝から部屋の掃除もできました。早く酷暑が過ぎ去って、ウォーキングに良い気候になるといいですね。

こちらは確かに今日も暑いんですが、早朝だけ少し涼しかったです。だからなんとか倒れずに医者に行けました。まあ、もう少ししたらウォーキング出来るだろうと思っています。
