I am about to start preparing for my solo exhibition in May. The theme is "Next Phase," the same as in March. This is the second phase of the exhibition, and I painted this picture as the main subject again. I made a collage of cut up large burlap sacks and fabrics to create a rough painting.
I was in such a good mood today that I finished two paintings, but sometimes I have a good day like this. It only happens once in a while, but the time until my solo exhibition in May is just around the corner, so I would like to paint a lot of pictures during this season.

ミクストメディア、72.7x60.6cm、2022

そろそろ５月の個展の準備を始めています。テーマは3月に引き続き"Next Phase"。その第２弾ということでまた主役の絵を描いたのがこの絵です。大きな麻袋を切ったのや布を切ったのをコラージュして、ざっくりとした絵に仕上げました。
今日は何だか絵を描く気が満々で、2枚も仕上げましたけど、たまにこういう調子のいい日があるのです。たまにしかありませんが。5月の個展まではあっという間なので、この季節にたくさん絵を描きたいですね。
