**"Trigonometric Functions"**
Mixed media,45.5x38cm,2025

One day I was walking down the street 
and came across a group of people surveying 
land and buildings 
using trigonometric functions.

I had memorized 
the formulas in math class 
and forgot them.

If there had been a surveying class or something 
I might have enjoyed learning trigonometric functions 
, which would have been 
a bit of a shame.

ある日道を歩いていたら
測量をしている人たちに出会った
土地や建物の測量には
三角関数が使われている

私は数学の授業で
ひたすら公式を丸暗記していた
そして　忘れてしまった

測量の授業とかあったら
私も三角関数を
楽しく覚えられたかもしれないと思うと
ちょっと残念だったなと思う
