**"Wetland"**
Mixed Media,14x18cm,2021

In wetlands, there are plants that are not easily seen in ordinary places. In Kyoto, there is a marshland or wetland called Midorogake Pond, where you can see plants that are not easily seen in the city or even around my home. However, there is a lot of traffic on the road right next to the pond, and it seems to be very difficult to get rid of alien species of plants and animals.
I would like to see rare plants in this pond forever.
In this picture, I drew a shape like a plant protected by water to represent a wetland.

これは私が創った作品です。
**「湿原」**
ミクストメディア、14x18cm、2021

湿原には、普通の土地ではなかなか見られないような植物が生育しています。京都にも、深泥池（みどろがいけ）という湿原というか湿地というか、そういう池があって、街なかどころか自宅周辺でもなかなか見られない植物が見られます。とは言うものの、すぐそばの道路の交通量は多いし、外来種の動植物も入ってきたりして駆除が大変なようです。
私はいつまでもこの池で珍しい植物が見たいです。
この絵は水に守られた植物のような形を描いて、湿原を表現しました。
