Wow, I cannot believe it has been almost forty days. When I first saw the announcement for the leofinance zealy campaign and realized it was going to last forty days, I said to myself that was going to go on for a while. We started grinding out the quests on May first and just like that we are two days away from the 10th of June. It is day 38 and the grinding continues.

They usually say success is determined by how strong you start and how strong you finish and not just doing something to represent something. Before I continue, I would just want to congratulate everyone who has been a part of the campaign. It has been a lot of fun. This campaign has helped in a lot of ways. It has helped personally and it has helped the leo finance community in general.

The campaign is themed at gaining more users for the community and exposing the new Ul to the world. That is why the tasks have taken us lions far and beyond. At this point everyone agrees that the best use of [web2](https://leofinance.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-web-2-0 "web2") platforms is to use them as advertising tools for the [web3](https://leofinance.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-web-3-0 "web3") platforms or crypto [blockchains](https://leofinance.io/@leoglossary/blockchain "blockchain"). Though a lot of individuals are becoming more vested into the [cryptocurrency](https://leofinance.io/@leoglossary/cryptocurrency "cryptocurrency") space, a lot is yet to be done: That has been the essence of the leo finance zealy campaign.

The big thing of course has been the prize pool. Ten thousand USD and two hundred thousand in delegations, that is no small reward pool for the participants. Just for context, that is 10K USD and 200K in delegations. How the distribution of rewards will be done has now been communicated and although not all participants will get a share of the pool, it is still desirable.

Personally, the campaign has helped kept my blog active. I have been posting everyday since the campaign started except maybe on two occasions. I have become more active in the leofinance community which had been one of my goals for the year 2023. One other thing is that I have become more abreast with the ins and out of the leo finance community which is a good thing. Through the podcasts the campaign has required I sit through, I have learnt from the more experienced about the world of [decentralized finance (defi)](https://leofinance.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-decentralized-finance-defi "defi").


I have learnt more about [hive](https://leofinance.io/@crypto-guides/what-is-hive-crypto-hive "hive") from the shows like the community token talk podcast from the cryptmaniacs show, I  have learnt a lot more about crypto and how to develop yourself in web3. I never thought I would make great use of the [3speak](https://leofinance.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-3speak-hive "3speak") video [dApp](https://leofinance.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-decentralized-applications-dapps "dApp") but through the campaign, I have made a number of videos taling about [finance](https://leofinance.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-finance "finance"), [business](https://leofinance.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-business "business"),[investment](https://leofinance.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-investment "investment"), the leoverse, hive, politics, among others. I cannot mention all the ways the campaign has helped or this would be a long post hehe but it has been of great importance to my growth personally.

The leofinance community has benefitted through this campaign as more [accounts](https://leofinance.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-account "account") on hive got onboard the leo train. New users outside of hive joined leo as well. The price of $LEO has been growing since the start of the campaign and shows no signs of stopping. The [LPUD](https://leofinance.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-lpud "LPUD") was of great help as it showed how much the community believes in the $LEO [token](https://leofinance.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-token "token") and the leofinance community. Lions have gone wild marketting leofinance to the general public on platforms like medium, [tiktok](https://leofinance.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-tiktok "tiktok"), [twitter](https://leofinance.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-twitter "twitter") and [youtube](https://leofinance.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-youtube "youtube"). I made my post on medium and received a comment that read, "I have been seeing a lot about leofinance and was encouraged to join". The user did create an account which just shows how helpful the campaign has been.

The campaign is almost over and my journey in this campaign is almost over. It is not over yet as I still have a few quests to complete and I am hoping I can do that before Saturday. Good luck to everyone participating and good luck in the challenge Anomadsoul and the team have got cooking for us this Friday. If we have learnt anything from the last one, it is going to be very competitive and fun. Let's keep grinding frens.
