(Eng-Esp) STUFFED FISH/PESCADO RELLENO
Hello, good afternoon, friends of hive, I am pleased to share with you the lunch that I prepare today, here most of the inhabitants eat fish, we almost always have it on our table in different ways, whether it is stewed, roasted, fried, grilled, but to me taste I've always had a fascination for stuffed fish because it grabs a unique taste on the palate and if you have the perfect combination even more so. When I cook without sin, I cannot miss the slice of fried banana that sweet with the fish that gives it an exquisite touch.

Hola buenas tardes amigos de hive me complace compartir con ustedes el almuerzo que prepare hoy, aquí la mayoría de los habitantes comemos pescado casi siempre lo tenemos en nuestra mesa de diferentes maneras, ya sea guisado, asado, a la parrilla frito, pero a mi gusto siempre he tenido fascinación por el pescado relleno por que agarra un gusto único al paladar y si tienes la combinación perfecta más aún. **To make this dish use the following ingredients:**
-cockfish, snapper and cachua

** Para realizar este plato utilice los siguientes ingredientes:**
-pescado gallito, pargo y cachua


**Stuffed**
Onion
Chili pepper
Garlic
Coriander leaves
Oil
Salt
**Relleno**
Cebolla
Ají
Ajo
Hojas de culantro
Aceite
Sal



**Side or garnish**
Fried banana slices
Margariteño tomato
Chopped onion


**Acompañamiento o guarnición**
Tajadas de plátano fritas
Tomate margariteño

**Step 1**
The first thing we have to do is select the fish that we are going to fill well, I always use this among so many fish because the snapper, the Cahua, the cock are spectacular fillings, then I open the fish on the part of the back and make slits where I add salt. I reserve and cover with a cloth until I get a taste.

**Paso 1**
Lo primero que tenemos que haces es seleccionar bien el pescado que vamos a rellenar, yo entre tantos peces siempre uso esto pues el pargo, la Cahua, el gallito son espectaculares rellenos, luego abro el pez por la parte del lomo y le realizo rajas donde le agrego sal. reservo y tapo con un pañito hasta que agarre gusto

**Step 2**
Chop the regular-size dressings and sauté adding a touch of color and salt until they turn dark.

Pico los aliños de tamaño regular y sofríes agregando un toque de color y sal hasta que se amortezcan

**Step 3**
The fish is stuffed with the dressing and they are roasted in a covered pan over high heat, after the stuffed fish are ready I proceed to see the perfect accompaniment for them and as I said before the fried banana slice, a salad with tomato and onion and the popular arepa and bon appetite cannot be missing in the Venezuelan oriental food, until next time my friends I hope you liked it beforehand I tell you that the food was delicious and I recommend that you do not miss a meal like this or they will love it to try it.

**Paso 3**
Se procede a rellena los pescados con el aliño y se asan en un sartén tapado a fuego alto,  luego que los pescado rellenos estén listos procedo a ver el acompañamiento perfecto para ellos y como dije anteriormente la tajada de plátano frita, una ensalada con tomate y cebolla y no puede faltar en la comida oriental venezolana la popular arepa  y buen provecho,  hasta la próxima mis amigos espero que les halla gustado de antemano les cuento que estuvo rica la comida  y les recomiendo que no se pierdan de realizar una comida así o de probarla les va a encantar
