Fried ribs 🍖 😋

I usually cook ribs in the oven or on the grill. This time I wanted to cook ribs with gravy.

Ingredients: pork ribs 🍖, spices: paprika, turmeric, pepper, garlic 🧄 salt, bay leaf 🍁, ketchup, sunflower oil, water.

Cooking:

Wash the ribs well, add spices, salt, pepper, grate and add garlic 🧄, mix well.

Put the pan on the fire, add oil. Put the ribs in the heated oil. We fry. Then fill with water, it is necessary for the water to cover the meat, add 2-3 tablespoons 🥄 ketchup.

Mix. Make the fire smaller. Cover and simmer for about 15 minutes.
