[긴급 도움 요청] @ ghost1230 계정의 다운보팅 공격으로 데이터 손실 발생

약 1시간전쯤에 @ ghost1230   계정에서 저에게 다운보팅 공격을 하고 갔습니다. 이 계정은 지금까지 아무런 소통도 없었고 전혀 모르는 계정인데, 갑자기 다운보팅을 하고 나서 steem.com 과 busy.org의 url 로 접속을 하면, 무려 12일전 포스팅이  맨위로 올라와 있는 상태이고 12일전의 지갑잔고 상태로 되돌려져 있는 상태입니다.  다행히 steem.kr 계정은 정상적으로 작동되고 있구요. 

이런 경우에 어떻게 조치를 해야하는지 잘 아시는 분에게 도움을 부탁드립니다.
