炖了个芋头汤

喜欢吃芋头，但关于芋头的做法我却不是很了解，目前只吃过烤芋头/炒芋头，还有就是炖汤了…

很显然，炖汤比炒的烤的都好吃一点点… 尤其今天加了干香菇一起炖芋头汤，贼香贼香了😋😋 哎呀妈呀… 此时此刻想着那股香味直咽口水呢🤤🤤哈哈哈哈哈～

还有，我近来发现一个炖汤的秘技，就是焯骨头水的时候，要加啤酒焯水去腥效果好！而且会得到令人惊喜满意效果～

我现在已经不再用啥料酒焯水去腥了，还不及啤酒一点点🤏🏻的去腥作用，而且用啤酒焯水了的骨头汤特鲜呢😋 不防你们也可以亲试验证下，真的很棒！

这次的芋头汤与排骨和香菇结合炖法超级的美味鲜喔～^^
