辣味油麦菜🍀

很少买油麦菜吃，不是不喜欢，而是常常见不到满意的油麦菜，也就是卖相不好看不入眼啊XD～


最近老是在社区团购见到标题云南的油麦菜/云南生菜/云南什么什么菜…

好像对云南的东西我很在意，很入我心，看到标题说云南产地我一般会优先考虑…


这不，说这是云南油麦菜，一斤2.99元感觉还蛮便宜？买了

看起来还行… 我记得我爸妈以前家里种的油麦菜更鲜嫩，一片片叶子细嫩的水灵灵滴～ 好好吃，连最后油麦菜的内芯我都不舍弃，留着削皮切片


也许是心里一直有这种油麦菜的标杆在那，所以普通市面上的油麦菜时常看不上了… 但这次试着买了一次还行不算差

以前炒油麦菜都是清炒，从没放过辣椒炒
这次也试试辣味油麦菜口感是否好吃？加点蒜末和干辣椒炒，最后放了一点蚝油调味，味道还不错～ 洗的时候发现油麦菜内芯也很嫩，所以也留下了… 蔬菜是我和孩子最爱都喜欢呵～
