 这一份金针菇吃的超过瘾～哈哈超大份量的🤤🤤 为啥说大份量呢，比以往至少多了一倍呢～ 每次拌金针菇吃，每次都觉得不够吃不过瘾呀！ 太好吃了🤭 所以这次把冰箱里存货下来的金针菇全弄掉了… 是这样的，我今年大部分时间都在社区团购下单买菜，因为方便又实惠嘛 这份大份量的金针菇是放冰箱里有阵子时间了，也不是一次买了那么多，下单的时候遇上秒杀0.1元限一份购买 当然这一份份量也是比较少的，根本不足一餐的份量啊… 所以没法弄 后来经过几次抢购秒杀的0.1元就多起来了，再加上毕竟是蔬菜嘛 不能放太久，烂了就可惜了不是 大概足足有五包份量，加起来也就五毛钱划算吧😄 然后还是炝拌金针菇的做法哈～ 这次用的是大蒜叶切末炝拌，比小葱好吃多了～ 先把金针菇减去根本，再小心的洗干净，然后焯水备用～ 起锅倒入适量食用油，加热后放入蒜末和小米椒爆香，改小火加入椒盐/黑胡椒粉/适量生抽/适量耗油，再加点盐🧂和鸡精，添加点开水熬成汁～ 然后把熬成的汤汁浇在金针菇蒜叶上～ 用筷子🥢拌匀即可～ 清甜微辣的口感~~ 香嫩爽滑，滋溜一口，太美味了！😋😋 据说金针菇含有人体所需氨基酸种类齐全，其中赖氨酸和精氨酸含量尤其丰富，对增强儿童的身高和智力发育有很好的作用，所以被人们称为“增智菇”？ 哈，我家菇类是最爱的，金针菇也是偶尔吃吃，春季是孩子长身高的黄金期，这么说来吃金针菇正好时期咯🤔
