这次我尝试把豆角切成微粒的小丁，然后加了鸭蛋炒，鸭蛋不仅营养丰富还能清热降火，我听完妈说的，鸭蛋是凉性的～

除了用鸭蛋炒还需一点青红椒丁和蒜末，这样炒起来的豆角非常香嫩可口😋

首先用那种普通的菜籽油煎一下鸭蛋，菜籽油很香也能去除一点鸭蛋的腥味… 

我这个鸭蛋虽然买的比较正宗没有啥腥味，但用菜籽油炒会更香～ 而且鸭蛋液中加了一点胡椒粉就更鲜香了～

鸭蛋煎好后盛出待用…  另外起锅烧油再把豆角丁和所有配料一起下锅炒熟，豆角要必须保证熟透，和所有豆类蔬菜一样，豆角未熟会有毒的（听说的也要注意总是好）且无法入口…

然后加入一点盐和生抽调味，再把鸭蛋加进去翻炒均匀即可出锅了～

香香的炒蛋里面夹着香辣青翠又有点微甜的豆角粒，美味十分😋😋 而且超简单易做～
