WITNESS SERVER UPGRADE REV. 2 👩🏻‍🎨

Hi everybody,
after 10 days  as a witness i decided to upgrade my witness server.

<h4>WHY?</h4>

Because my server was around 80% of stable used RAM.

This is my old server:

Operating System |	Ubuntu Server 16.04 LTS

RAM |	32 GB
HDD |	250 GB
INTERNET |	 10Mbps
PROCESSOR |	XEON Processor

I can say, it have more free RAM

<h2>WHAT I'M PLANNING TO DO NOW?</h2>

1- I wanna use my old server as backup server using  Conductor  kill-switch
2-  I wanna create a seed witness node
3- I wanna do better as witness
