Mount Qomolangma, known as the "highest peak in the world", is the main peak of the Himalayas, with a height of 8844.43 meters, more than seven times the altitude of my region.

Mt. Qomolangma, in addition to its very high altitude, has a very harsh environment. The lowest temperature of Mount Qomolang can reach - 34 C, which is comparable to that of the North and South Poles. In addition, the geographical environment of Mount Qomolang is very unique. The snow cover of Mount Qomolang all year round increases the risk of mountaineering, because mountaineers may inadvertently step on the bottom of the valley.

* After a long period of physical training

* Enough mountaineering experience
* Enough funding

* Has done the high-back test, can adapt to the plateau environment
* Positive energy

珠穆朗玛峰因为海拔非常的高，在登山过程中，当海拔超过两千米的时候，部分登山爱好者就会出现高反和缺氧的情况。

其实对于低海拔地区的人，在进入高海拔地区的时候就会出现高反，而且高原反应可是非常的难受的。多半出现高原反应的人会感觉到头晕，脸也会出现微微的高原红，严重的直接昏过去。

特别是在登山珠穆朗玛峰的时候，有经验的登山爱好者都会提前进行高反测试，避免在登山过程中出现意外。

珠穆朗玛峰，除了海拔非常的高，另外就是环境非常的恶劣。珠穆朗峰的最低温度可达到-34℃，其温度可以和南北极相媲美了，另外就是珠穆朗峰地理环境非常独特；珠穆朗峰全年都有白雪覆盖，这也增加了登山的风险性，因为登山爱好者可能一不小心就踩空跌落谷底。

登录珠穆朗峰需要达到以下几点条件
*  经过长期的体能训练
*  不怕死
*  有足够丰富的登山经验
*  有足够的经费
*  齐全的登山装备【登山杖、保暖衣物、登山鞋、登山背包、氧气瓶、高热量食物、指南针等】
*  有做过高反测试，能适应高原环境
*  积极正能量

当然，登山珠穆朗玛峰可是要签生死状的，而且还要考察一个人的经济实力，毕竟装备很花钱。因为登山珠穆朗峰可不是闹着玩的，一不小心你就回不来了。

每年都有很多很多的人，来挑战这座世界最高峰，成功登顶的人也会碰到“上山容易下山难”的困境。所以登山珠穆朗玛峰可真的是“九死一生”的登山运动。
