I love sports very much. The main sports I do every day are squatting under heavy loads. Just yesterday, I increased my exercise volume from 100 to 200. Then they are divided into 10 groups, 20 in each group, staying for a period of time between each 100.

This is to prevent my calf cramps, because my legs were damaged by long-distance running training in earlier years. Intermediate rest time is about 10-20 minutes, which can also relax the tense muscles and avoid secondary injury.

Then continue with the remaining 100 squats.

Today, when I wrote my first sports article, I mentioned aerobic "rope skipping". Skipping rope is a sport that allows the muscles of the whole body to be exercised, and it can make the muscles of the whole body appear very uniform. It is very helpful to exercise the muscles, and 10 minutes of skipping rope is equivalent to half an hour of jogging.

Then, today I began to combine anaerobic exercise "squatting with weight" and aerobic exercise "rope skipping".

The amount of squatting is still 200, which remains unchanged; rope skipping is 140 per minute, and then 10 minutes, the total amount of exercise is about 1500. But the way I do it is to squat 100 times first, then skip 1500 times, and then finish the remaining 100 squats.

The actual weight of squatting is 4 kilograms, then rope skipping is 0.6 kilograms, and the total weight is 4.6 kilograms.

This is the first time that I have combined anaerobic exercise with aerobic exercise. I want to know the final effect. I had a trip on Nov. 2, when we can see the actual exercise effect, I hope I can get a picture of six abdominal muscles.

然后呢,我今天就开始将无氧运动“负重深蹲”和有氧运动“跳绳”结合起来进行。

负重深蹲的运动量依然是200个,这个不变;跳绳运动的运动为每分钟140个不等,然后运动10分钟,运动总量大概为1500个左右。但是我的运动方式是先进行100个负重深蹲,然后进行1500个跳绳运动,之后在完成剩下的100个负重深蹲。

负重深蹲的负重量实际为4公斤,然后跳绳重要为0.6公斤,总负重4.6公斤。

这是我第一次将无氧运动与有氧运动结合起来进行,我想知道最后的效果会如何。我在11月2日有一场旅行,到这一天我们可以看一下实际的运动效果,希望我能晒一张六块腹肌的运动照出来。
