Running is a kind of sport that moves forward quickly and regularly through both legs and feet. Running comes from everyday life. In everyday life, people tend to run because of some things. Then some people usually run faster than others when they are free.

But running officially became a sport during the Hippo War of September 12, 490 B.C. The Hippo War was a war between the Persian Empire and the Greek Empire. The battlefield was in the marathon waters, and Athens won the war against aggression.

In order to let the people of Athens know the good news, the commander of the Athenian army ordered a soldier known as "Scud" to run back to Athens to convey the good news to the people. The soldier was called Phillips. In order to let the people of Athens know the news of victory earlier, Phillips ran hard and finally returned to Athens.

When Phillips finished saying "Cheer, we win" to the people of Athens, he fell unconscious.

但是跑步正式成为一项运动是在公元前490年9月12日的希波战争。希波战争是波斯帝国和希腊帝国展开的战争,战场位于马拉松海域,最后雅典赢得了这场反侵略战争。

为了让雅典人民得知这个喜讯,雅典军队的统帅下令让一位号称“飞毛腿”的将士跑回雅典国家向人民传达喜讯。这位将士叫做“菲利皮斯”,菲利皮斯为了让雅典人民早一点得知获胜的喜讯,就一个劲地跑,最后终于跑回了雅典国家。

当菲利皮斯对雅典人民说完“欢呼吧,我们胜利了”便倒地不省人事。

人们为了纪念菲利皮斯,以马拉松海命名了跑步,从那之后,跑步的正式名称叫做“马拉松比赛”,也正式成为一项体育运动。

在2000年雅典奥运会上,雅典人们再一次呈现了跑步运动的精彩时刻,让体育精神弥漫于正片赛场。

跑步运动不仅是一项比赛项目,也是很多人健身选择的运动项目之一,但是,我们今天只说和跑步比赛有关的。

跑步的时候我们应该遵循的是

三步一呼,三步一吸;

这样规律的组合可以让运动员在跑步过程中能够因为呼吸自然,步数规律而显得很轻松。虽然这样的组合看上去很简单,但却有着非常重要的作用。

刚开始进行长跑运动的人在进行步数与呼吸的协调练习的时候会显得非常不习惯,因为他们会感觉被限制住了,就像一头想要脱缰的野马一样。
