Life is fair to everyone. When we love life, life will treat you the same way. Then treat sports as well as life, and you will reap a healthy and strong body.

This is the way I treat life and sports.

I do a lot of sports every day, which is one of the lessons I have to do every day. The main sports I choose every day are anaerobic squatting and aerobic jumping, and then their amount of exercise is

* 200 squats with weights of 1.6-3 kg
* Skipping rope 1600 load 0.6 kg 10 minutes to complete

Today's weather is a bit complicated. It's really nice this morning, but at night it's cloudy, stormy, lightning and thunder. 

But I got up early today. It's better for sports because the air is fresh and the food in my stomach is not digested well.

In the past, I used to do combination of anaerobic exercise and aerobic exercise at 3:00 p.m., but it was terrible when I had just finished my meal and it was easy to hurt my body.

Today I'm great. I finished my day's exercise so early. This time it's a bit different. This time, 200 squats were directly loaded at the beginning, followed by 1600 jumping rope. There is not much rest time in the middle, just a simple warm-up, stretching the muscles and bones, so that more aspects of exercise.

Actually, I prefer to do sports in the morning or in the morning. I am more energetic during this time period, but in the afternoon, I feel very tired. So I'm happy to be able to complete the combination of anaerobic exercise and aerobic exercise so early.

我每天都会进行大量的体育运动,这是我每天必做的功课之一。我每天所选择的体育运动主要是【无氧运动“负重深蹲”】和【有氧运动“跳神”】,然后它们的运动量分别是

*  负重深蹲  200个  负重1.6-3公斤
*  跳绳  1600下  负重0.6公斤  10分钟完成

今天的天气有点复杂,今早天气真的挺好的,可是到了晚上就乌云蔽日,狂风暴雨,电闪雷鸣的。不过我今天起得还算早吧,比较适合进行体育运动,因为这个时候空气新鲜,胃部的食物也消化的差不读了。

以往我进行【无氧运动+有氧运动】组合都是选择在下午3点进行,但是碰到刚吃完饭可糟透了,很容易伤到身体。

今天我挺棒的,那么早就把一天的运动量给完成了。这次有点不同,这次刚开始直接就是200个负重深蹲,然后紧接着就是1600下跳绳运动。中间不存在很多的休息时间,只是简单热身了下,伸展了一下筋骨,这样更方面运动。

其实体育运动我更愿意选择在早晨或者上午进行,这个时间段我是比较有活力的,而下午则不同,感觉身体很累。所以很开心能够那么早完成【无氧运动+有氧运动】组合。

热爱生活,热爱体育运动。
