Frente a trabajo de campo en instituciones educativas, veo de frente el abandono que a diario los niños y adolescentes parecen. El ver que en hora de clase deambulan por el colegio sin prestar atención a lo que deberían de aprender (deberían en el sentido amplio, el estar en el aula siquiera...) y en todo caso, también notar a docentes que no se esmeran, ni lo intentan, ven el esfuerzo y dedicación apagados, me preguntó si ellos son así y decidieron ser profesores (decidieron o la vida los llevo a eso) o simplemente no les interesa la educación ni los niños en lo mas mínimo y están por estar, pero también esta la idea de la carencia de recursos, sin posibilidades de accionar frente a repercusiones grandes, (PERO) agrego que si elegimos esto, está carrera a fin, debemos estar preparados para hacer de esto algo importante.

During my fieldwork in educational institutions, I see firsthand the neglect that children and adolescents experience every day. Seeing them wander around the school during class time, not paying attention to what they should be learning (should, in the broadest sense, even be in the classroom...) and, in any case, also noticing teachers who don't put in the effort or try; they see their effort and dedication lacking. I wonder if that's how they are and decided to be teachers (they decided, or life led them to that), or if they simply aren't the least bit interested in education or children and are just there to be. But there's also the idea of a lack of resources, with no possibility of taking action in the face of major repercussions. (BUT) I add that if we choose this, this career path, we must be prepared to make it something important.

La diversidad en la educación no está equivocada, pero si la poca importancia que los poderes económicos en una sociedad capitalista les da, puesto que el poco salario docente te da "la escusa" entre muchas comillas de no hacer este labor con pasión. Esto genera que los niños tampoco vean luz, y con sus vidas tampoco positivas no vean otra cosa importante en el colegio más allá de asistir.

Diversity in education isn't wrong, but the low importance that economic powers in a capitalist society give it is. Low teacher salaries give teachers the excuse, in many quotation marks, of not doing this work with passion. This means that children don't see the light, and with their less-than-positive lives, they don't see anything important in school beyond attending.
