Feliz semana para todos, que gusto formar parte de otro **Encuentro de Talentos**. Cómo siempre nuestra compañera @angelica7 llenándonos de energías positivas y buenas vibras. Energías que necesitamos para hacer llevadero nuestro día a día.
El tema de la semana "La Ilusión", hablar de lo que me ilusiona realmente me hace feliz, pues es una forma de exteriorizar nuestros deseos y los anhelos más queridos que solo sabe nuestro corazón.
Hay muchas cosas que me llenan de ilusión tanto en el ámbito personal, profesional y laboral.

The theme of the week "The Illusion", talking about what makes me really excited makes me happy, because it is a way to externalize our desires and dearest wishes that only our heart knows.
There are many things that fill me with illusion in the personal, professional and work environment.

Hablándoles un poco del ámbito personal una de las cosas que **me ilusiona** es brindarles a mis hijos una infancia feliz, en un hogar lleno de amor, de solidaridad y ayuda mutua. Ver a mis hijos crecer y formarlos cómo hombres de bien productivos a la sociedad me llena de ilusión, ver los resultados a largo plazo de lo que estoy sembrando en ellos hoy.
También me llena de ilusión reencontrarme con la mejor versión de mí, sentirme feliz completamente, olvidando mis miedos e inseguridades y afianzando mi valor y recuperando mi seguridad, es algo en lo que trabajo actualmente y como todo es un proceso evolutivo constante que disfruto a diario.
Igualmente en el ámbito familiar **me llena de ilusión** tener una familia y un hogar establecido, dónde cuando mis hijos crezcan podamos quedar en pareja juntos como un gran equipo, sin importar la edad o cualquier limitación que se nos presente, como un gran equipo.
>Speaking a little on a personal level, one of the things that **I am looking forward to** is to give my children a happy childhood, in a home full of love, solidarity and mutual help. To see my children grow up and form them into productive good men for society fills me with illusion, to see the long term results of what I am sowing in them today.
It also fills me with illusion to rediscover the best version of me, to feel completely happy, forgetting my fears and insecurities and strengthening my value and recovering my security, is something I am currently working on and like everything is a constant evolutionary process that I enjoy every day.
Likewise in the family area **I am very excited** to have a family and an established home, where when my children grow up we can stay together as a couple as a great team, regardless of age or any limitation that may arise, as a great team.

En el ámbito profesional me ilusiona seguir creciendo, seguir aprendiendo y evolucionando constantemente, he aprendido, pero sé que me falta muchísimo por aprender y en esa dirección voy.
Me ilusiona ir adquiriendo conocimientos y explorando cada etapa de mi carrera, me ilusiona poder continuar estudios superiores y superarme cada día, recordando siempre que el conocimiento no ocupa espacio.
**Me ilusiona** en unos años verme como conferencista, amenizando un evento, impartiendo clases, presentando proyectos y formando parte de los avances tecnológicos que nos brinda la actualidad.
>Professionally, I am excited to continue growing, learning and evolving constantly, I have learned, but I know that I still have a lot to learn and I am going in that direction.
I am excited to continue acquiring knowledge and exploring each stage of my career, I am excited to be able to continue higher education and improve myself every day, always remembering that knowledge does not take up space.
In a few years I am excited to see myself as a lecturer, livening up an event, teaching classes, presenting projects and being part of the technological advances that today's technology offers us.

Profesionalmente, me ilusiona ver crecer a mi plataforma de Hive, mi trabajo, mi lugar seguro, dónde he conocido a gente maravillosa que me hacen sentir que pertenezco a un lugar.
Me ilusiona formar parte del crecimiento de Hive en mi estado y que este se masifique por todo el país, dónde nuestra moneda sea aceptada en cualquier comercio como método de pago, dónde muchas personas puedan invertir y ser parte de Hive, en el que nuestro dinero este seguro y el capital social que somos todos los bloggers y los que trabajamos en Hive de distintas formas se mantenga.
**Eso me ilusiona, ver crecer la Blockchain** y que así como se habla de Twitter o de cualquier red social cuando se hable de Hive todos entiendan por qué también sean parte de nosotros.

I am excited to be part of the growth of Hive in my state and that this will be massified throughout the country, where our currency is accepted in any trade as a method of payment, where many people can invest and be part of Hive, where our money is safe and the social capital that we are all bloggers and those who work in Hive in different ways is maintained.
**That excites me, to see the Blockchain grow** and that just as we talk about Twitter or any social network when we talk about Hive everyone understands why they are also part of us.

Y finalmente, **me ilusiona** vivir en una sociedad igualitaria, donde exista la justicia y empatía, dónde el trabajo en equipo se manifieste y dónde la privacidad sea respetada, me ilusiona pensar que llegara el momento donde nadie tenga carencias en su hogar, y que con nuestros ingresos podamos cubrir con las necesidades de nuestra familia.
Me ilusiona saber que a pesar de lo contaminado que pueda estar el mundo, aún existimos personas nobles y de buen corazón dispuestas a ayudar a quien más lo necesite y que esto se pueda adoptar como un estilo de vida para la población en general, eso sería una gran ilusión para todos. Cúmplase.
