EVERYTHING in excess is bad, even COFFEE.

## [Yes, I witnessed coffee excesses on several occasions, thank God it was not me.]()

Let me explain myself better, I like to drink coffee socially, just as people drink liquor only on special occasions, I drink coffee when I visit a very dear friend or a family member who tells me: Do you want to have a cup of coffee? I say yes, I even bring a tasty bread to share.




Ah, but my father was an excessive coffee drinker, first thing in the morning he would drink his coffee to start the day, then after breakfast and so on all day long, I remember that sometimes he would finish drinking a coffee and a customer would arrive and ask for one for each of us and I would say “Again?” and with total impudence he would tell me: “What other one if I haven't had any?

The excess of coffee and cigarettes was a deadly combination and at one point the doctor told him: “If you want to die right now, keep going like this, if you want to keep living you must stop NOW”, he immediately stopped smoking but not the coffee... he lasted two days without drinking and then again, but this time a little more conscious and less daily doses.

Another anecdote was in a work environment my immediate superior drank twelve-ounce glasses full of coffee many times a day, he suffered from obesity, and he also combined coffee with cigarettes, he knew perfectly well the damage it caused him, but there was no way he could stop because he said: “You have to die of something” until one day he had a good scare where he had a strong heart attack and he recovered... there he understood that everything in excess is harmful.

In my workhouse at present, my colleagues love to drink coffee and very strong! but they have lowered the doses, now they only drink about two or three times a day and have learned to drink other types of coffee other than black, but the varieties, in the various publications I have made on the subject I have explained and given them a good late vanilla coffee for example and they have loved it or a coffee in a cookie cup and it has also been to their liking, they even had fun because they could eat the cup.

Maybe, in my household, almost everyone drinks coffee, some more often than others, I'm the only one who hardly ever drinks and I've never smoked either, when I drink coffee it's because I'm in good company and good conversation.

Yup, that was a home order to our office, it was 10 of those coffees and we were told we had to drink it fast or the cookie might melt, but the result was really amazing and very divine because we had the cookie left to eat little by little afterward!
