A pesar de ser una mujer que acepta retos y le gusta dar lo mejor de sí en casi cualquier empleo, le daría un rotundo **NO** a ser vigilante de seguridad en horario nocturno, ¡A mí me encanta dormir jajaj! Soy una persona que funciona muy bien de día, desde muy temprano me levanto, casi cuando se levanta el gallo y canta su primer ¡Kikirikí! Aprovecho todo lo posible para que el día sea bien productivo.

Y cuando ya es de noche, tipo 8:00 pm ya me da sueño, siempre he sido así, desde niña, es raro que me quede despierta hasta más tarde, por ejemplo, una buena fiesta, pero de ahí a cumplir de funciones de seguridad en un horario nocturno no podría, me dormiría a cada rato, aunque el café es muy sabroso, he comprobado científicamente, que no me causa ningún efecto para mantenerme despierta, al contrario, me da más sueño.

El sueño, dormir, es parte fundamental de la vida, lo ideal es dormir las ocho horas diarias, ya que te beneficia en muchos sentidos, tu cerebro y cuerpo descansa mejor y amaneces con óptimas energías, tengo un amigo que años atrás en su juventud trabajó de mesonero en un famoso club de la ciudad capital y para obtener mejores ingresos aceptó el turno de la noche por mucho tiempo, esto trajo como consecuencia una enfermedad que lo agotó física y mentalmente, al punto que parece hacer envejecido unos veinte años mínimo, el cabello se le puso blanco total y eso siendo una persona muy joven.

Con esto dicho, ningún trabajo que implique trabajar en un horario que no sea el diurno no es para mí, ya que mis capacidades no están dispuestas a ello, quizás, solo quizás si fuera DJ, pueda trabajar como mezclando música, pero hasta eso lo dudo, capaz me pide el público del concierto les mande una música electrónica y yo cayendo del sueño le ponga otra que no es, ¡Les pondré un vallenato o una canción de amor bien despechada jajajaja!

Todos los trabajos que sean honestos hay que dar lo mejor de sí, sin embargo; debemos reconocer y aceptar en que somos buenos, cuales son nuestras fortalezas para cumplir de manera eficaz y eficiente en un ambiente laboral.

Despite being a woman who accepts challenges and likes to give the best of herself in almost any job I would give a resounding NO to being a night watchman, I love to sleep haha! I am a person who works very well during the day, I get up very early, almost when the rooster gets up and sings his first Kikiriki! I take advantage of everything I can to make the day as productive as possible.

Sleep, sleep, is a fundamental part of life, the ideal is to sleep eight hours a day, as it benefits you in many ways, your brain and body rest better and you wake up with optimal energy, I have a friend who years ago in his youth worked as a waiter in a famous club in the capital city and for better income accepted the night shift for a long time, this resulted in an illness that exhausted him physically and mentally, to the point that seems to have aged about twenty years minimum, his hair turned totally white and that being a very young person.


With that said, no job that involves working in a schedule that is not daytime, because my abilities are not prepared for it, maybe, just maybe if I were a DJ, I could work mixing music, but even that I doubt it, maybe the public asks me to play electronic music and I fall asleep and play something else that is not, I'll play a vallenato or a love song well scorned haha!😆
