Compré una **Caja de Madera** y la decoré yo misma, utilizando pinturas al frio, servilleta estampada, un detalle en madera cortada en láser y mucho amor. Precisamente necesitaba un lugar donde guardar unos insumos pequeños, así que fui a un establecimiento comercial cerca de mi casa y compré una caja de madera. Debo confesar que este proyecto lo hice de guapa, porque no me sentí muy segura cuando compré esta pieza de madera sin ningún tipo de decoración, era como un lienzo en blanco, y por unos minutos u horas me estuvo dando vueltas en la cabeza en qué forma iba a decorarla..
Esa sensación de una pequeña parálisis creativa me da algunas veces, por ejemplo cuando voy a las tiendas textiles y estoy rodeada de muchas, muchas telas hermosas, de pronto me paralizo, no sé que hacer, por donde empezar, ni siquiera si tenía un plan... Son unos minutos que mi mente se queda en shock por tanta información que procesar. Pero bueno, luego de unos minutos llega "La Musa" y se empieza a resolver todo en mi cabeza.

I bought a **Wooden Box** and decorated it myself, using cold paints, a patterned napkin, a laser cut wood detail and lots of love. I just needed a place to store some small supplies, so I went to a store near my house and bought a wooden box. I must confess that I did this project beautifully, because I didn't feel very sure when I bought this piece of wood without any kind of decoration, it was like a blank canvas, and for a few minutes or hours I was thinking about what How was I going to decorate it?
That feeling of a little creative paralysis gives me sometimes, for example when I go to textile stores and I am surrounded by many, many beautiful fabrics, suddenly I am paralyzed, I don't know what to do, where to start, not even if I had a plan. ... It's been a few minutes that my mind is shocked by so much information to process. But well, after a few minutes "La Musa" arrives and everything begins to resolve itself in my head.

Pero bueno, todo este episodio pasa rápido. Incluso recordé que tenía una servilleta que tiene dos periquitos y pensé que sería ideal usarla, ya que tiene colores en tonos verdes que no he usado en mis publicaciones, y últimamente ando en una situación de experimentar con los colores, ya que eventualmente tengo que definir los colores que formaran parte de mi **Marca Personal** y creo que antes de eso voy a experimentar con ellos por un tiempo, para poder definirlos y tomar decisiones. Así que, trabajar con los colores verdes en este proyecto me pareció ideal por todas la razones.

**Paso 1:** Tomé un pedazo de lija, y lijé toda la superficie de la Caja de Madera, con la finalidad de eliminar las irregularidades que tenía.

**Paso 2:** Pinté la superficie de la Caja de Madera, de color blanco con pintura al frio, con la finalidad de que tenga una base donde puedan lucir los colores o en este caso, que los colores de la servilleta luzcan bien definidos al tener una base clara por debajo.

**Paso 3:** Ahora separé la servilleta, descartando la parte que es completamente blanca y con la parte estampada empecé a pegarla en la tapa, conforme iba colocando con un pincel, la pega blanca. Luego, coloqué la misma pega blanca por encima de la servilleta.

**Paso 4:** Ahora comienzo a trabajar la base de la caja propiamente dicha, ya en el paso anterior había terminado con la tapa, ahora voy a hacer los bordes con color blanco y sigo con los laterales también.

**Paso 5:** Hice un poco de mezclar pintura blanca y pintura verde, ya que el verde que tenía era muy fuerte su color. Y con la parte blanca de la servilleta Blanca que deseché, formé un pequeño rollito, y lo empapé en la pintura verde claro que hice. La idea es que recoja pintura, luego la descargue un poco en otro lugar y luego dar pequeños toques de color.

**Paso 8:** Ahora agregué un extra para aumentar el interés de la caja decorada, se trata de una jaula, haciendo referencia o haciendo juego con la servilleta estampada que utilicé, ya que tienen unos periquitos. La jaula la decoré con una cinta verde pastel y con la pistola de silicón caliente la fijé a la tapa de la caja de madera.
