Esta semana he estado consumiendo una dieta en su mayoría de vegetales y carnes, sobre todo a la plancha, al horno, asada; el día de hoy preparé un delicioso puré de ocumo blanco el cual servía acompañado de una carne de res 🥩 en bistec, tipo asada pero hecha en paila, solo con ajo y un poco de sal y una ensalada de tomate y pepino para mi almuerzo; les muestro cómo lo preparé:

 **<center>PROCEDIMIENTO</center>**

Para preparar el puré de ocumo; lleve a hervir un poco de agua, mientras tanto fui retirando las conchas del ocumo, lo corté en trozos,  lave muy bien y, llevé al agua hirviendo solo con un poco de sal hasta que el cumo hubo ablandado .

Luego con la ayuda de un tenedor lo trituré hasta obtener un puré al cual agregué un poco de margarina o mantequilla; por otro lado en una paila tritura unos dientes de ajo y allí sazoné la carne con un poco de sal, un poco de aceite, llevé a cocinar volteando por ambos lados hasta que estuvo dorado y preparé la ensalada cortando en finos trozos el tomate y el pepino después de haberlos lavado y haberles retirado la cáscara.

To prepare the ocumo puree; I took to boil some water, meanwhile I removed the shells of the octopus, cut it into pieces, washed it very well and took it to boiling water with a little salt until the octopus had softened.

Then with the help of a fork I mashed it until obtaining a puree to which I added a little margarine or butter; on the other hand in a pan I crushed some cloves of garlic and there I seasoned the meat with a little salt, a little oil, I took it to cook turning it on both sides until it was golden and I prepared the salad cutting in fine pieces the tomato and the cucumber after having washed them and having removed the peel.
