Saludos amigos #hivefood, bienvenidos a mi blog!

Les deso un día cargado de bendiciones de Dios Todopoderoso; hoy les traigo mi entrada al desafió Reto de alimentacion balanceada, de la comunidad @Holos&Lotus, propuesta por el amigo @emiliorios, donde debemos presentar el plato favorito.

Quiero hacer mi entrada con un plato balanceado y delicioso, que reune los requerimientos de alimentación diaria; se trata de un pollo a la plancha con calabresa, servido con papas al horno y ensalada, y para realzar más su delicioso sabor, agregue ruedas de calabresa ahumada;  el pollo es, mi carne favorita, por ser muy nutritiva y versátil en su preparacion, la preparo  guisado, asado, suadado, al horno, y de todas las formas posibles; pero mi favorita es a la plancha, y, me gusta acompañarlo con papas, puede ser en puré, o al horno, como lo hice en esta ocasión; y para darle un toque fresco, agrego siempre una ensalada.

I wish you a day full of blessings from God Almighty; today I bring you my entry to the Balanced Eating Challenge, from the @Holos&Lotus community, proposed by my friend @emiliorios, where we must submit our favorite dish.

En una paila, coloco el pollo, y le agrego una guasacaca  que preparo licuando cilantro y ajo, agrego las ruedas de calabresa sazono al gusto y agrego un chorrito de aceite.

Llevo a cocinar a fuego medio, hasta que se seque y este dorado.

Después de lavar bien las papas, les retiro la concha, las corto en trozo, agrego sal y guasacaca, llevo al horno.
