Newcomers should consider using chainbb forum

The Chainbb interface is entirely different to Steemit. Anyone familiar with internet forum will know the advantage of it.

The best thing here is, whenever a new comment comes in your post, it will re-appear as the first thread in the forum. In Steemit, your post will sleep forever deep below the list.

By this feature, newbies can have more chance to be seen. So, raise some interesting topic here, join in the discussion, and make this forum even more happening.

chainbb is good but I am still using Steemit / eSteem most of the time.  Main reason is that there is no place for me to see the posts of the Steemians I am following.  This is very important as I would like to comment to them when there is something interesting being posted.  
Where chainbb has the advantage of a forum interface which is more user friendly in some extend.
To make chainbb a success, there are still some feature needed and I believe @jesta is working on them.

I use both, on and off. Two totally diferent places. But for reading I prefer Steemit.

So far so good @ygern - any tips 'n tricks are greatly appreciated !  Every day I see some very significant tool or mention of what you should do, shouldn't do or link to.   I am sure it is overwhelming to most.  Fortunately I have 14 hours a day to devote to studying the Steemit though not everyone does.  Thanks again for the assist.

Well 14 hrs online and regularly reading posts / studying between talk radio & informative podcasts.  Until Steemit this is pretty much the time I otherwise spent on YouTube.  It's amazing the great shape I am in !

Chainbb is better than Steemit or at least has greater potential. Of course there is still some work to be done by developers to make it more efficient.

Yeah I agree that a forum interface is much more efficient when it comes to interacting with other Steemians. I can't wait for more improvements made by @jesta. He is really doing a great job here to make it a successful platform and I can see that more and more new users coming.
