# Galletas de mantequilla/Butter cookies. Un placer en saludarlos comunidad de hive, esta es mi primera vez en escribiendo en esta comunidad por lo que quería compartir con ustedes una receta que eh estado realizando últimamente. ``` A pleasure to greet you hive community, this is my first time writing in this community so I wanted to share with you a recipe that I've been doing lately ``` Les cuento que hace poco me mudé, y en sitio donde me estoy quedando no cuento con un horno, y quería realizar algo dulce para comer en la tarde, por lo que me puse a buscar como hacer galletas en el microondas. Probé con una receta que encontré en Youtube pero esta receta solo me alcanzaba para hacer 3 galletas, por lo ir me puse a inventar con los ingredientes hasta que conseguí hacer unas ricas galletas de mantequilla que estan listas solo con 2 minutos en el horno microondas. ``` I recently moved, and where I'm staying I don't have an oven, and I wanted to make something sweet to eat in the afternoon, so I started looking for how to make cookies in the microwave. I tried with a recipe I found on Youtube but this recipe was only enough for me to make 3 cookies, so I started to invent with the ingredients until I managed to make some rich butter cookies that are ready only with 2 minutes in the microwave oven. ``` Ingredientes: 3 cucharadas de mantequilla 4 cucharadas de azúcar. 1 pizca de sal. 1 yema de huevo. 12 cucharas de harina. ``` Ingredients: 3 tablespoons of butter 4 tablespoons of sugar. 1 pinch of salt. 1 egg yolk. 12 tablespoons of flour. ``` Preparación. En un pequeño recipiente, vertir las 3 cuchadas de mantequilla y llevar al microondas por 20 segundos o hasta que esté completamente derretida. ``` Preparation. In a small bowl, pour the 3 tablespoons of butter and take it to the microwave for 20 seconds or until it is completely melted. ``` Al tener la mantequilla derretida incorporar la azúcar y la pizca de sal, previamente haber separado la clara y la yema de un huevo. Al ver que la azuzar se a mezclado con la mantequilla incorporar a la mezcla la yema del huevo y batir hasta que se incorpore todo. ``` When the butter is melted, add the sugar and the pinch of salt, having previously separated the white and the yolk of one egg. When you see that the sugar has mixed with the butter, add the egg yolk to the mixture and beat until everything is incorporated. ``` Poco a poco ir incorporando la harina hasta que la mezcla tenga una consistencia firme pero pegajosa,al tener todos los ingredientes bien mezclados ya está lista para emplatar. ``` When the butter is melted, add the sugar and the pinch of salt, having previously separated the white and the yolk of one egg. When you see that the sugar has mixed with the butter, add the egg yolk to the mixture and beat until everything is incorporated. ```  Engrasar un plato con mantequilla y harina y con la ayuda de una cuchara ir colocando la masa en forma de círculo que queden bonito y llevar al microondas a 2 minutos. ``` Grease a plate with butter and flour and with the help of a spoon, place the dough in a nice circle and microwave for 2 minutes. ```  Esta preparación con la ayuda de mi hermanito, es muy fácil y segura y hasta los niños en casa pueden hacerla, nos salieron unas 12 galletas super ricas. ``` This preparation with the help of my little brother, is very easy and safe and even the kids at home can make it, we got about 12 super tasty cookies. ```
