Cuando compras una barquilla o barquillón una de las cosas que vemos es que es decorada con chocolate, maní sin sal y otras cosas más. Es muy importante saber cómo hacer estos tipos de sirope y endulzar la vida de nuestros clientes o de nosotros mismos.

**¿Cómo se prepara? / How do you prepare?**

<br>

Primero buscaremos todos los ingredientes que son:

<br>

**Azúcar** Recuerden, azúcar cristalizada, no refinada. Usaremos 12 a 15 cucharadas.

<br>

**Leche** Tiene que ser la mejor que usen, puede ser la campiña o los andes, o vaca milk. 5 cucharadas.

<br>

**Cacao en polvo** El mejor cacao que podrían conseguir. 2 a 3 cucharadas.

<br>

**Aceite** Les recomiendo la concordia, es vegetal y no se siente lo grasoso al ingerir el dulce. 300ml.

<br>

**CMC** **OJO**, tener cuidado al colocar el cmc, solo un poquitito.

<br>

**1 vaso y medio de agua** OJO la preparación no debe quedar aguada, sino, espesa.

<br>

Agarramos todos los ingredientes y los vertemos en una licuadora, al principio cuando comiencen a licuar verán una mazamorra pero a medida que el agua mezcle todo los ingredientes podrán ver como la crema agarra brillo y cremosidad.

<br>

La preparación debe licuarse 25 a 30 minutos ya que debe cocinarse, calentarse y para cuando apagues la licuadora la preparación debe burbujear y brillar por el aceite.

<br>

**ATENCIÓN** La preparación **NO LLEVA HUEVO O ALMIDÓN DE MAIZ** así que no se las pongan. La preparación puede durar semanas, solo debes refrigerarla bien, casi pre congelarla y no dejar que se descongele por mucho tiempo.

<br>
