My Actifit Report Card: October 4 2020
I started the day coming to the supermarket before it close at noon. Because I'm really lazy, when my alarm rang at 9, I added 2 hours to my sleep and woke up a 11.

I finally arrived at 11:25. I've done my shopping properly and have totally been able to continue the day now that I have toilet paper. That was a real surprise when I came home after a week yesterday and see there were no more of that marvelous cleaning tissues.

I made some sport during around 20 minutes while I was waiting the export of *"Le petit velo"* to execute. 

It's totally finished and I'll try to release it on **3Speak** in the following days.

At this moment I was around 6 500 steps. And I did not take a gym for 2 days so I took my earphones and my smartphone, my shoes, a jacket and I came outside, walked and took two gyms near my house. 

All I wanted was to reach the 1 000 steps and I surely made it so my day is good. 

What I ate was tasty, I made some sport, took the gyms and finished a big project.
