##### Para las galletas:

+ 2 tazas de harina de trigo
+ 100 gramos de mantequilla 
+ 1 huevo
+ 5 cucharadas de azúcar 
+ ½ cucharada de sal
+ 3 cucharadas de agua

##### Para los plátanos en almíbar:

+ 600 gramos de plátanos maduros
+ 3 cucharadas de azúcar
+ 2 tazas de agua (400 ml)
+ 1 cucharada de vainilla

En un bol cernir la harina y agregar la mantequilla, mezclar con las manos hasta que se convierta en una mezcla de textura arenosa , agregar la sal, el azúcar y el huevo batido. Mezclar  y agregar el agua, amasar hasta que formar una bola de masa homogénea, cubrir por plástico y llevar a la acera unos 20 minutos  para que tome mejor consistencia.

Mix and add the water, knead until it forms a ball of homogeneous dough, cover with plastic and take to the sidewalk for about 20 minutes so that it takes on a better consistency.</div>

<div class="text-justify">Extender la masa con un rodillo y cortar círculos, colocar los círculos en moldes de cupcakes para que tomen una forma de cesta, pichar el fondo con un tenedor y llevar al horno precalentado, hornear por 15 minutos.</div>

Pelar los plátanos y cortarlos en círculos, en una sartén echar el azúcar y ½ taza de agua llevar al fuego por 15 minutos hasta formar el almíbar,  echar los plátanos y tapar, dejar cocinar por 30 minutos,  echar la cucharada de vainilla y dejar cocinar por 10 minutos más.

><div class="text-justify">Peel the bananas and cut them into circles, put the sugar and ½ cup of water in a pan, heat for 15 minutes until the syrup forms, add the bananas and cover, cook for 30 minutes, add the tablespoon of vanilla and cook for 10 more minutes.</div>
