# Hacer listas

No estudié administración así que no se como llevar una hoja de calculo, para mi la mejor forma de organizar mis gastos y mantener en orden las prioridades es hacer listas. Ejemplo listas de compras de comestibles, para esto hago un inventario de compras semanales, se cuanto dinero en comida gastamos en promedio y puedo también llevar un control  de los tipos de comida, a través de las listas, se que tan seguido debemos comprar un producto y sobre todo cuando estamos consumiendo en exceso alguno, en promedio consumimos 1 litro de aceite vegetal cada 15 días, mi familia es de 3 en casa pero a veces mi otras hija y nietos vienen a comer, si en dos semana ellos no vienen y necesitamos más aceite significa que hemos consumido más alimentos fritos  así que hago un menú diferente y mantengo la salud de mi familia, por lo que la lista no solo es bueno para controlar los gastos sino que ayuda a mantener una dieta balanceada.

También hago lista de metas, en mi país la crisis económica es fuerte así que no puedo comprar todo lo que necesito de una vez, normalmente voy ahorrando para comprar,  el orden de compra para y el tiempo aproximado que tarde en ahorrar el dinero lo organizo a través de una lista, la cual voy tachando cosas conforme vaya cumpliendo las metas, así al final de cada año veo cuantas cosas compré y cuantas me faltan por comprar, por ejemplo el año pasado compré un tanque, bomba para el agua, acudí  a citas médicas, y arreglé el frente de mi casa, para este año tengo otras metas escritas en mi lista.  Me gusta hacer listas .

# Make lists

I didn't study administration so I don't know how to keep a spreadsheet, for me the best way to organize my expenses and keep priorities in order is to make lists. Example grocery shopping lists, for this I make an inventory of weekly purchases, I know how much money we spend on food on average and I can also keep track of the types of food, through the lists, I know how often we should buy a product and especially when we are consuming any excess, on average we consume 1 liter of vegetable oil every 15 days, my family is 3 at home but sometimes my other daughter and grandchildren come to eat, if in two weeks they do not come and we need more oil means that we have consumed more fried foods so I make a different menu and maintain the health of my family, so the list is not only good to control expenses but also helps to maintain a balanced diet.

I also make a list of goals, in my country the economic crisis is strong so I cannot buy everything I need at once, I usually save to buy, I organize the purchase order and the approximate time it takes to save the money through a list, which I cross off things as I meet the goals, so at the end of each year I see how many things I bought and how many I still have to buy, for example last year I bought a tank, a water pump, I went to a medical appointments, and I fixed the front of my house, for this year I have other goals written on my list. I like to make lists.

# Día de compra 

Siempre tomo un día de la semana para hacer mis compras de comestibles y acudir al mercado de verduras frescas,  así mismo voy al establecimiento de comercio y compro los otros productos comestibles necesarios para la semana, eso evita salir de casa más de dos veces a la semana por un solo objetivo, antes no me organizaba de esa forma y terminaba saliendo casi a diario porque siempre necesitaba un producto especifico, ahora me organizo solo un día de compras y eso me ha cambiado la vida .

# Separar y pre cocinar alimentos 

Como hago las compras un día a la semana, lo que hago al llegar a casa es separar los alimentos en porciones dependiendo de la durabilidad de los mismos, ejemplo el pollo le quito la piel lo limpio y lo separo en porciones antes de meterlo a congelar, de ese modo se reduce el tiempo que necesito para descongelado y también tengo establecido la manera en que lo cocinaré. Igualmente los vegetales los separo, una parte los dejo limpios y frescos para uso inmediato, mientras que los que se que van a durar más tiempo, por ejemplo las frutas para varias porciones de jugo las congelo. También tomo los aliños verde y hago un sofrito y lo congelo, de este modo tengo aliños para condimentar la comida por una semana, gracias a esto en mi casa no se descompone ni se desperdicia ningún alimento.

I also take the green seasonings and make a stir-fry and freeze it, this way I have seasonings to season the food for a week, thanks to this in my house no food is spoiled or wasted.
